Personal Message from the Owner of the Company I established Trident Communications to bring great rates and great service to those customers traditionally ignored by the major companies. We are young, fresh and inspirational in the way we operate. Our purpose is to "be a PARTNER, not just a provider" and we do this through "the excellence of our service, the passion of our delivery and the uniqueness of our approach" Hundreds of businesses have put their faith in us, and that is something we take very seriously. As we focus directly on the SME market we are able to tailor our services to the individual needs of our customers. We are large enough to provide the same services as the major carriers but small enough to deliver a truly “boutique” and personalized service which the largest carriers cannot provide. Our service levels are guaranteed and our customers have the security in knowing we utilise the largest and most reliable networks across Australia including Telstra, AAPT, Optus and Vodafone. On top of this we are supported by Telco in a Box, one of the Australia’s largest and most innovative Telecommunications wholesale groups. We take a different attitude in our dealings with customers.
